Maximo was founded by Matthew Rembe in Albuquerque, New Mexico and is largely responsible for the re-introduction of Alexander Girard and his bold, graphic prints. Girard's designs can be seen on items such as pillows, t-shirts, greeting cards and fabrics.
Girard's is also responsible for the design of The Compound's Restaurant signage in Santa Fe.
